How many portable toilets do I need?
It depends on how many people you are serving and for how long. On a construction site, OSHA 1926.51(c) sets the minimum: one toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, then additional fixtures as the crew grows past 20 and again past 200. How often are units serviced?
The ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline is one service visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week. Heavier use or hot weather means more frequent service. We pump, restock and sanitize on each visit.
What does a standard porta potty cost?
Pricing depends on the unit and how long you keep it. A standard porta potty rental is the cheapest option; a deluxe flushable unit and a restroom trailer cost more because they do more. Ask for a quote for your exact dates.
Do you handle ADA accessible units?
Yes. An ADA accessible porta potty meets the clear floor space and 32 inch door requirements in the ADA Standards. Where single-user units are clustered, at least 5 percent, and never fewer than one, must be accessible.
What can and cannot go in a dumpster?
Construction debris, general trash and landscaping waste are fine in a roll-off dumpster. Hazardous materials, tires, paint and appliances are not. Weight limits vary by size, and a roll-off needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck for delivery.
